All our services and reports come in a  more customer-centered, efficient manner by giving the inspector who inspected your site more autonomy in their ability to make contact with, and answer questions for the housing authority personnel.  Of course, this also means our inspectors have to have a much higher level of training than others require.  In addition to this, all of our inspectors must have extensive construction experience and understand all areas and systems involved in building components.  We have staff on hand with expert knowledge in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural integrity, energy conservation measures, and many other areas.  Our staff receives all HUD updates and promptly implements those updates into protocol.

Your  inspector will remain available to the Housing Authority and maintenance staff to answer any questions or offer suggestions as to what should be done and in what order to best utilize the Housing Agency’s resources (or lack of resources) to raise the assessment scores. 

We measure our inspector’s success in not just accuracy of reporting but also with the ability help raise the scores of the housing agency they are responsible for.
